Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the ZAAN platform provided by SCLA Global Limited OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia with an office at Rue Rodolphe-Toepffer 8, 1206 Genève, Switzerland.

Access

Access is granted per named user under a written order form. Sharing credentials outside your team is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You will not use ZAAN to render legal advice to third parties without appropriate supervision by a qualified lawyer, and you will not use ZAAN in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

Confidentiality

We treat all customer content as confidential and privileged. See our Privacy Policy for details on encryption, retention and sub-processors.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Geneva.
