Privacy Policy

ZAAN is operated by SCLA Global Limited OÜ ("SCLA", "we"). This policy describes what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it. It applies to visitors of zaan.com and users of the ZAAN platform.

Data we collect

• Account data, name, work email, firm, role.
• Product telemetry, anonymised events for reliability and product quality.
• Customer content, contracts and prompts you submit for review.

Customer content

Contracts and prompts are processed inside a per-tenant environment with dedicated encryption keys. We do not train shared models on your content. Retention is zero by default; longer retention can be enabled under your admin controls.

Sub-processors

We publish a current list of sub-processors on request. Compute providers are contractually bound to the same confidentiality standards as SCLA.

Your rights

Under Swiss FADP and EU GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Write to privacy@zaan.com.
